$150 for a 50-55 minute session

Insurance

For all insurance plans I would be an out-of-network provider. After the sessions I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for services. Please contact your insurance company specifically about your out-of-network benefits.

Payment

I can accept all major forms of credit/debit cards for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 business hours before the scheduled session (Monday sessions need to be cancelled by the end of day Friday). Otherwise late cancellations or no-shows that are a non-emergency have a cancellation fee of $75.
