    Schedule An Appointment

    Please complete the form below to schedule an appointment. I will return all messages within 24-48 business hours. Currently I am offering in person sessions at my office location in Gilbert or tele-counseling sessions via Zoom or phone to any resident of Arizona or Minnesota. Please note since I am on calls or in sessions a majority of the day, email would be the fastest way to get in touch with me. 

    Currently offering sessions between 8am-3pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
